Are you a people person who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression? We're looking for an Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in our Bristol office, working 22.5 hours per week. This will be 7.5 hours on a Friday, with a further two full days per week, or three shorter days - we're happy to discuss your preferences.
In this role, you will provide support to our office team on all administrative matters, working closely with the other reception / administration colleagues across the firm. This will include supporting Partners and senior colleagues day to day, preparing reports and documents, following up on potential new client leads, and sorting incoming post.
Providing 'front of office support', we'll also look to you to offer a professional, friendly, and helpful reception and telephone service to our clients, visitors and colleagues, together with general office administration work.

What we need from you
Ideally you will:
Have some reception or telephone experience, ideally within an office or high quality customer environment
Have strong IT skills, and feel confident using Microsoft packages
Be a confident and collaborative team player
Have excellent people skills and the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients
Pride yourself on your planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
