We are a security services provider looking for an experienced office administrator to join our friendly team and provide administrative support to the management team.
Duties will include:-
1. First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
2. Liaising with office and field staff
3. Responding to emails
4. Booking appointments
5. Inputting and interrogation of data
6. Liaising with suppliers/ordering equipment
7. Checking deliveries
8. Typing of letters, quotations and other correspondence as required
9. Photocopying, filing and other general office duties
We are looking for a team player with a mature attitude and work ethic, a professional telephone manner, excellent customer service skills, must be computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), have a can do attitude and be willing to embrace and learn new technology quickly and have excellent spoken and written English.
Ideally the candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in business studies/administration or have previous office experience.
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm - some flexibility may be required.
SALARY: Dependent on qualifications/experience
Own transport essential and full UK driving licence preferred in order to use company vehicle to run errands. Company insurance states 25+ years.
