Due to continued growth Contact Security Services are looking for a Service Coordinator / Administration assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be essential to the smooth operation of the office together with the day to day assistance of the staff and manager.
You will work on a wide range of duties such as coordinating engineer diaries, answering the telephone and dealing with customer issues, preparing letters, booking in engineer calls, carrying out any tasks required by the manager, whilst working to tight deadlines.

General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service Department
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
