Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team in the UK. Based in our historic store location, this role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our company's values of quality and tradition.
Responsibilities
Organise any servicing jobs and liaise with workshop on what the requirements are for the customer.
Respond to Customer and supplier emails regarding servicing requests.
Liaise with suppliers and customers about the jobs.
Prepare and send estimates to customers in conjunction with the workshop.
Prepare and post goods to suppliers and customers.
Assist the workshop with administration associated with servicing and their activities.
Provide a support administration function to all staff.
General administration duties including answering phones
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or customer service ideally within a retail or luxury environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Previous experience with data entry and clerical work is preferred.
Knowledge of the luxury jewelry or watch industry is a plus.
