An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior administrator to deliver operational support to our growing practice. We are a well established Wealth Management company, providing financial services to both private and corporate clients.
The Role :-
Provide high level technical administrative support to the Partner / Practice Manager & Advisors.
Liaise with paraplanners to ensure the delivery of all business case processing.
Support and respond to incoming calls from clients and third parties, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner.
Responsibility for ensuring the practice operations are recorded and monitored daily and distributed to the admin team effectively;
Preparation of all documentation ahead of meetings.
Completing follow up client correspondence after meetings and all associated tasks.
Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems.
Liaise with Head Office / admin centres and third parties as required to ensure a high level of client servicing at all times.
Attend forums and workshops as appropriate for personal development.
The Candidate :-
A minimum of 2 years IFA / SJP Wealth Management experience is essential.
A very high level of professionalism and integrity, demonstrating confidentiality at all times.
Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a busy fast paced office environment, sharing information and knowledge.
Experience managing own / team workloads, working to SLA's and business deadlines.
Confident communication skills with colleagues, advisors and clients both face to face and on the phone.
An excellent level of knowledge and understanding using all Microsoft programmes - this role will require the successful candidate to work simultaneously on several IT platforms including the CRM, Salesforce.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads is essential, with a strong attention to detail.
A flexible approach to day-to-day activities, adapting to the need of the business.
