We are looking for a proactive and organised General Administrator to provide essential support to our Directors and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Directors
Provide administrative support to Senior Management
Assist the SHEQ Manager with maintaining compliance records, updating safety documentation, and supporting audits.
Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring items are logged and distributed appropriately.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records.
Support the smooth running of daily office operations.
Skills & Experience
Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
