to join us based in

location. You will join us on a

full-time, permanent

basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of

18,000 - 25,000 per annum.

We are seeking a certified

Six Sigma Black Belt

to join our project delivery support team to help process improvement initiatives across our structured cabling delivery portfolio. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth execution of large and complex infrastructure projects by applying Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality across project lifecycles.

What you will be doing as our Administrator - Six Sigma:

Lead and manage

process improvement projects

using Six Sigma tools and techniques. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and delivery teams to

identify inefficiencies

and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain

process maps

,

SOPs

, and

quality control plans

for structured cabling projects. Use data-driven analysis to

monitor project performance

, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate

Kaizen events

, workshops, and training sessions to embed a culture of operational excellence. Mentor and support Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.

What we are looking for in our Administrator - Six Sigma:

Certified

Six Sigma Black Belt

(ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent). Proven experience in

structured cabling

,

IT infrastructure

, or

construction project delivery

. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

statistical tools

(e.g., Minitab, Excel). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change. Experience in Lean methodologies and project management is a plus.
