Do you enjoy a busy and varied role?

Are you an experienced administrator with strong computer skills and a confident telephone manner?

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our small but friendly and professional team. You will be liaising with customers and suppliers as well as internal contacts. You will take responsibility or your own workload and will be required to juggle a variety of tasks.

In order to be considered you will need to have strong computer skills including MS Excel. You will also need to be confident booking travel and ordering supplies.

Duties include:



Managing customer orders Building relationships both internal and external Quote generation Raising purchase orders Booking in returns Reconciling invoices Booking Travel Using Excel for reporting Scheduling meetings Expenses

Previous experience:



We are looking for someone with strong IT skills who is self motivated and keen to make the role their own. You will need to be happy working in a small team where you are juggling a variety of tasks. It is essential that you have previous Admin and Customer service experience as well as the ability to multi task and tackle problems head on. You will need strong communication skills and a confident and switched on personality. You must be self managed and responsible for your own workload.

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
