About The Role:




Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm



As an Administrator, the primary focus of this role is the operation of the onsite FM Help Desk Service to aid all internal and external customers. The Help Desk provides one point of contact for clients and stakeholders.


As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Schedule and issue all Planned maintenance tasks and manage all incoming calls/emails to the help desk professionally and efficiently. Provide a first point of contact for any queries /faults relating to the site and communicate specific event related information to engineers or stakeholders. Ensure all issues are placed at the right priority to meet with the company's SLAs. Database administration and Reporting, as the CAFM expert for the Helpdesk, update incoming data; and manage the systems logs to provide monthly statistical analysis for the ZF departments. (M.O.P.S) Financial duties Raise and issue purchase orders for materials and subcontractor service procurement for the site and manage 3rd party invoices to ensure accurate costings. Collate monthly financial information to create invoices for reactive client billing and ad hock project works. Staffing duties Coordinate with account manager, cleaning supervisor and Maintenance team leader to manage contract time and attendance software systems, weekly timesheets, holiday, sickness and training.
