The Polyclear Group, a polythene manufacturer based in Millbrook, Southampton, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our growing operations. This varied role is essential to the smooth running of our office and customer support processes, providing assistance to staff and management while maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and experienced in office administration, with strong computer skills and a proactive approach. You'll work closely with different departments, act as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, and take pride in being organised, helpful, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming phone calls and emails
General administrative duties including photocopying, filing, invoicing and document management
Dealing with customer complaints
Providing administrative support
Keeping customers updated on order progress
Creating and distributing job sheets
Offering friendly, professional customer support and guidance
What We're Looking For:
Proven administrative or office experience
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
A professional, clear communicator - both in writing and over the phone
Someone who is well-organised, dependable, and has a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, supportive team
