We're looking for an Administrator to join our southern construction team.




Location:

Southampton, Hampshire


Permanent:

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.






What will you be responsible for?





In this role, you will be working with the regional build team. Joining our fast-paced construction business, you will be supporting Project and Contract Managers with administrative duties.

Your day to day will include:


Supporting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute-taking for project reviews, Assisting in monitoring project progress and flagging potential risks or delays, Contributing to building strong relationships by ensuring timely and professional responses, Assisting with compliance checks, including health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and statutory obligations, Contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?





This role of Administrator is great for you if you have:


Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, or project environments, Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Strong organisational and time management skills, to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines, Experience in asset management, Ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
