We are looking for a part time administrator who must be a good all rounder to join our team. You will be responsible for a range of duties including: Reception meet and greet Secretarial support for Managers. HR administration including letters and contract. Online purchasing for the care home. The position is working in conjunction with the care home team. Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of office experience
Good IT skills including Microsoft office
Excellent Communication Skills
Pleasant Telephone Manner
Good organisational and Time management skills
Comfortable to work in a busy and friendly environment
Exceptional Attention to detail
