The Training Administrator is to report to the Centre Manager and shall provide assistance where required. The role requires an all-round approach to maintaining good working relationships with both staff and clients.
Generally responsible for training and centre administration including IT tasks, meeting and greeting of clients and delegates, course bookings and centre calendar management.
Skills and experience criteria are required as follows but not limited to:
A minimum of 2 years administration experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to coordinate and negotiate a significant number of tasks simultaneously
Previous experience with CRM systems
IT literate with the ability to utilise Microsoft Packages proficiently
UK Driving Licence
Willingness to become a first aider and undertake any further training as required
