The Role
As Administrator, you will provide essential support to the housing management team, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and residents receive the best possible service. You will manage day-to-day administration, liaise with tenants and contractors, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support across housing services
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and resident files
Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and documents
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and inspections
Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
Supporting compliance with housing regulations and policies
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role within social housing (or similar sector)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and housing management systems
A proactive approach and commitment to customer service
