We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators in our Tewkesbury Office.

What you will be doing

General administration duties as necessary. Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers. Setting up of new installation projects. Processing and and setting up of small works projects Raising of invoices Approval of Invoices Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required. Maintenance of Docuware storage system Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support Booking Travel and Hotels

What we are looking for

Understanding of administration processes and procedures. Able to prioritise and work on own initiative Work within Company deadlines Ability to work under pressure Good communication skills at all levels of A high standard of computer literacy Good telephone manner and customer handling skills

There are also some must haves

5 years checkable work history Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU Must be able to pass BS7858 screening
