We are seeking a commercially aware and technically experienced individual for a challenging and exciting administrator role.
Administrator Requirements:
Well-organised and able to work in a structured way
Numerate and literate skills
Able to organise internal engineers and external sub-contractors on a daily basis
An administration background is essential and you must be familiar with Word, Excel and willing to learn accounting systems (QuickBooks)
Commercially aware with experience in finance control
Strong personality, good communication skills
Additional Responsibilities:
You will be trained to use our job management software where you will learn to create jobs, raise purchase orders and allocate jobs to on-site electricians.
Organisational skills and customer service skills are essential. You will be expected to liaise with customers and tenants to manage job appointments.
You will also be tasked with managing timesheets which will involve using a vehicle tracking system.
Be willing to help with additional office administration
