Administrator/Document Controller
to join our dynamic office.
The Role
As an Administrator/Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of project information and documentation between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will support the project and management teams with administrative duties while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage electronic and paper document control systems
Ensure timely distribution of drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Track document revisions, submissions, and approvals
Provide general administrative support to project managers and office staff
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding documentation
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Uphold document control procedures to comply with ISO and company standards
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or document control role (ideally within the construction industry)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using document control systems or project management software is advantageous
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and team-oriented approach
