Job Summary

:

This role is a mix of wrap around care and administrator duties during the day.

You need to be a committed team player with excellent organisational, communication and technical skills, with a dedication for child wellness and aiding in their development.

Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment vetting checks, including DBS and references.

The Kids Club Attendant plays a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. This position involves supervising children during their time at the Kids Club, ensuring their safety and well-being while facilitating fun and educational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with experience in childcare or early childhood education.

Admin Duties



Use our booking system to navigate different jobs Deal with parental enquiries Respond to emails Answer phone call and help with queries Chase outstanding debt Ordering various items for the business Ad hoc jobs

Kids club Duties



Supervise and engage with children aged 4-12 years in a safe and welcoming environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction. Maintain a clean and organised space for children to play and learn. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's experiences and any concerns that may arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide support to children in developing social skills and resolving conflicts. Assist with the setup and breakdown of activities and events within the Kids Club. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the children's needs.

Requirements



Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. A valid driving licence and access to a car is essential. A passion for working with children and fostering their development through engaging activities. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about creating a positive impact on children's lives while ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at the Kids Club. First aid - would be beneficial Clear DBS check required prior to start Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential
Hours:

9-3:30 - Admin duties (with a 1 hour lunch break)

3:30-6:00pm Kids club

About Rhino Sports Academy:

Rhino Sports Academy are experts in coaching and teaching throughout Northamptonshire. We are currently in a wide range of schools around Northampton and looking to grow the business this year.

We offer a range of different childcare provision such as Breakfast club and Kidz club. The main bulk of our work runs around our sports clubs. We offer a wide range of sports from Football, basketball, dodgeball and hockey running throughout the day.

We have lots of different parts of the business which we are looking to mould people in. We do work as TA's and P.E curriculum within several schools.

We run several before and after school clubs as well.

Holiday camps run within the school holidays at various locations. We offer different options for children to book onto from Arts & Crafts. Performing Arts and Multi sports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
