Club Assistant

to join our team, supporting children aged 8 to 11 during their time with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older primary-aged children, creating meaningful activities, and helping to build their independence and confidence in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children during breakfast and after school sessions in line with our safeguarding policies. Help plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, sports, etc.). Support children's emotional and social development through positive engagement. Prepare and serve light meals/snacks. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children aged 8-11 (in a school, club, youth group, or similar setting). A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's development. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. [Desirable] A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) or willingness to train. [Desirable] First Aid or Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain). Commitment to safeguarding and child protection (DBS required - we can support with this).

Working Hours:

Breakfast Club:
