Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional phone etiquette, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office procedures and providing clerical support to enhance productivity. The role will also entail speaking to members of the public to book viewings/valuations, as well as attending some viewings of properties.

Duties



Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Assist with the organisation of office documents, both physical and digital. Conduct viewings of properties and report feedback to vendors. Answering the phone, registering clients and booking valuations. Provide clerical support including typing documents, filing, and preparing reports as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. Assistance with canvassing.

Experience



Preferable but not essential, on site training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
