WALKER LOVE - Paisley

We are embarking upon a major new improvement project within our citation and diligence department and are looking for an enthusiastic person preferably with a paralegal/legal experience to lead our team in Paisley

ABOUT US

Walker Love has been Investors in People accredited employer since 2006.

We provide Debt Recovery, Citation and Diligence and Professional Investigation services to a range of businesses, financial services institutions, utility companies, professional services firms, public sector bodies and government agencies.

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit and train someone who can run our diligence team and provide ongoing training within this department. The role will initially involve you being fully trained on our diligence system and the management of the daily running of this department.

Thereafter you will be responsible for the following;

.Preparation of documentation, liaising with clients, customers (as and when required), third parties

.Drafting correspondence

.Reviewing incoming correspondence

.Play an active role in continuous improvement and change within relevant team and support the senior management team .

.Responsible for delivering an excellent client service through case management

.Drafting correspondence

.Reviewing incoming correspondence from third parties

.Managing key dates

.Undertake work within the regulatory and industry frameworks, policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Experience;

. Paralegal or equivalent experience

.Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

.Accuracy, good organisational skills, ability to operate in a fast paced environment and flexibility

. Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint,
