We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative support. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
Organise and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are executed smoothly
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of office procedures
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms
