Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Providing outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Organising files, documents, and office supplies to optimise efficiency
Ensuring the office environment remains professional, welcoming, and organised
Experience
Previous administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
Strong communication skills in English
Customer service experience is desirable
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to office administration
