the

role

There is two positions available 1 x 37 hours per week and 1 x 25 hours per week, this will be discussed at the interview stage.



The purpose of this role is to achieve recruitment and growth targets for funding streams, with a key focus on the region's priority sectors. Supporting and driving the college's admissions process for applicants, ensuring that it is inclusive and informative to enable applicants to make the best choice for them and to drive our students first ethos, putting them at the heart of everything we do

Main Responsibilities:



Deliver a range of Information, Advice and Guidance interventions to both prospective and current students which is focussed on the admissions journey and student funding. IAG delivery must meet the colleges 'student first' approach and will include course information (including entry requirements, progression routes, units and assessment methodology), student support services (e.g. SEND/Safeguarding) and student funding (e.g. course fees and fee remission)


Work as part of a team to process and deal with course enquiries and applications, book interviews, taster days and enrolment sessions


Work with key stakeholders in college, such as curriculum management, to plan and deliver and outstanding applicant journey and admissions process


Drive innovative and collaborative practice across the learner recruitment and admissions functions


Working as part of a team to achieve key performance indicators for learner recruitment and admissions functions


Ensure that electronic and paper-based record systems are maintained and kept up to date in line with college systems, policies and procedures


Take responsibility for their own Continued Professional Development (CPD) and work with managers to knowledge share across the team


Ensure the college's approach towards equality and diversity is embedded within learner recruitment processes


Actively engage with customers and stakeholders to obtain feedback on key learner recruitment processes, events and functions

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between 28,207 - 32,917 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
