Job Description

Fairfield School of Business (FSB) is a leading provider of Higher Education that is inclusive, inspiring and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. FSB is based in Croydon, Luton and Birmingham and offers courses through its partnerships with Bath Spa University and De Montford University.

We are looking for an Admissions & Widening Participation Associate to join our Leicester campus.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

-Provide information, advice & guidance to prospective students

-Provide excellent sales & customer service

-Support applicants through the admissions & enrolment process

-Respond to online, email, telephone and face-to-face applicant queries

-Conduct academic interviews & invigilate exams

-Conduct open days, campus tours & attend recruitment events/fairs

-Support admissions & marketing team

-Photocopy, scan & verify applicant documents

-Support the Admissions Team with the daily administrative running of the extremely busy Admissions Office.

-Other duties will be assigned

Requirements:

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to work under pressure, to meet targets and deadlines

-Be available to attend regular open days on some weekends and evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
