Are you passionate about international education and delivering exceptional service to families from around the world? ACS International Schools is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admissions Associate to support our Vice Dean of Overseas Admissions in welcoming boarding students to our school as part of the Marketing Team.



In this varied and rewarding role, you will be a key point of contact for international families and agents, guiding them through the admissions journey and helping them feel part of the ACS community from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agents and overseas families Manage student data and admissions progress using our systems and databases Coordinate international events and recruitment trips, ensuring everything runs smoothly Support families throughout the admissions process - from enquiry to enrolment Help ensure ACS is represented accurately on partner platforms and in marketing materials Maintain and build relationships with international agents Keep our international boarding presence active and engaging on social media Work closely with feeder schools and alumni to promote ACS globally Assist with administrative tasks.

What experience do you need?



Experience in admissions, student services, or a related administrative role Understanding of or interest in international education is highly desirable Highly professional with excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Education, or similar Experience in a boarding school environment or working with international families is a plus, but not essential.

Working Hours



Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
