The School of Design are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to contribute towards ensuring successful recruitment to the UG and PG Design programmes, and to ensure that Design admissions processes are conducted in accordance with GSA policies. The successful candidate will contribute to the review and enhancement of these processes.


Key responsibilities will include coordinating the School's UG and PGT recruitment and selection procedures and admissions processing. You will also be responsible for running conversion events and liaising with central departments involved in recruitment and admissions, such as Academic Registry, Student Recruitment and the widening participation team.


Candidates should have a good understanding of design education and practice as well as demonstrable knowledge of sector wide Higher Education admissions good practice. You will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as an ability to communicate with different audiences.


An organised and methodical approach to the execution of the role's key tasks and challenges will be matched with an excellent range of IT skills.
