to manage the recruitment and admissions process for a Doctoral Training Programme. The role involves coordinating application review, supporting academic assessors, communicating with candidates, and ensuring compliance with University policies.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
Manage the administrative process for recruitment and admissions in line with University and departmental procedures
Ensure applications are reviewed on time and provide assessors with complete, accurate information
Develop the admissions timetable and schedule candidate interviews
Respond to enquiries from prospective applicants about the admissions process
Record and communicate admissions decisions using the University's e-Vision system
Produce annual admissions reports, including statistical analysis
Review and support selection criteria to ensure compliance with equality and diversity requirements
Ensure data sharing with external partners complies with data protection policies
