We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic
Admissions Officer / Office Administrator
to join our amazing school team.
This is a
pivotal role within our busy school office
, responsible for managing all aspects of the pupil admissions process and maintaining accurate and confidential records. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the school office.
As the
first point of contact
for parents and carers, you will manage enquiries with warmth and professionalism, liaise with external agencies and authorities, and support all general administrative functions within the office. You will also be involved in school marketing activities and fundraising events, contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
We are looking for someone who is an
excellent team player
, but who is also confident working independently. You will demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to use initiative, contributing to the school's ethos and values.
