ADR Driver (Class 1 or 2) - Full Time, Permanent

Based at our Chesterfield Site: Station Lane, Old Whittington, S41 9HY

15.50 per hour + Night Out Allowance + overtime + quarterly bonus

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Approx. 55 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for the safe collection and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials, in line with ADR regulations and Ward's strict safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles (depending on licence) Handling collections and deliveries of ADR-regulated materials Complying with all ADR safety requirements and transport legislation Completing relevant paperwork, including Waste Transfer Notes Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks Liaising with planners, customers and site staff Completing night outs as required - Night Out Allowance paid

What You'll Need

A valid LGV Cat C (Class 2) or Cat C+E (Class 1) licence Up-to-date

ADR certification

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Proven experience transporting ADR waste or materials Willingness to complete night outs when required A strong focus on compliance, safety and professional standards
