Job Description

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge themselves and the misconduct of lenders and financial institutions. An ability to stay positive and motivated despite seemingly insurmountable odds whilst fighting for individual consumers against the infinitely deep pockets of financial institutions is a must.

We are a rapidly growing law firm based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in financial litigation and consumer credit. We provide legal services concerning a variety of claim types, such as Plevin (PPI), motor finance, secret commissions, wrongful re-possession , affordability.

The salary offered will depend on the level of work experience.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing evidence. Speaking to clients and third parties. Arranging telephone calls. and client meetings Maintaining detailed records of each claim Compile Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS) case files Experience dealing with challenging and distressed customers phone calls. Dealing with pre-auditing and preparing claims up to the point where they are issued to court.

Key skills

Personable skills and experience with managing client expectations. IT literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel. Training will be provided on CRM. Investigative mindset Attention to detail Consumer Duty focussed, putting yourself in the customers shoes. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good keyboard skills are essential.

Pay: 24,500.00-26,000.00 per year
