The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, proactive junior legal mind --
a newly licensed solicitor or experienced paralegal
-- to take the lead on a focused, real-world litigation case. This is a hands-on role, offering deep exposure to civil procedure, strategic filings, and court resolution, from the ground up.
If you're ready to apply your legal training in a meaningful way -- with autonomy, impact, and performance-based rewards -- this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.
?
What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end litigation process against a known party
Draft and file legal correspondence, claims, and responses
Communicate with the courts, opposing parties, and involved stakeholders
Work with founder/client to build a clean, strong, and compelling case
Adapt and respond as the case evolves (ADR, settlement, or escalation)
?
We're Looking For
A recently licensed solicitor, or an experienced paralegal with litigation exposure
Someone hungry for experience, visibility, and results
Fluent in English; clear, strategic communicator
Able to manage case momentum with minimal hand-holding
Bonus: interest in commercial or civil disputes, or familiarity with small claims or contractual disputes in UK courts
?
Compensation
This is a hybrid structure:
Fixed stipend (project-based) +
Attractive commission from any awarded or settled amount
Ideal for candidates looking to build a portfolio, earn through performance, and make a visible impact
?
Why This is Cool
Real courtroom experience from day one
Direct impact -- you're not watching from the sidelines
Flexible structure -- work from anywhere, set your hours
Great for early-career legal professionals wanting to accelerate exposure
Personal mentorship from a founder directly involved in the case
?
We're excited to hear from hungry legal minds who are ready to step into the arena.
