Adult Education Trainers
across two key departments:
1? Business & Management Department2? Health & Social Care Department
We deliver flexible online and in-person teaching to adult learners (19+), returners, career changers, and professionals seeking progression.
Role Overview
You will design and deliver engaging, industry-relevant learning sessions aligned with awarding body requirements (OTHM, Pearson, TQUK, etc.). The role includes teaching, assessment, learner support, and contributing to curriculum improvement.

Key Responsibilities (for Both Departments)Teaching & Facilitation
Plan and deliver interactive lessons for adult learners (online and/or face-to-face).
Use real-world examples to explain theory and workplace applications.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Assessment & Progress Tracking
Set, mark, and provide constructive feedback on learner assessments.
Track attendance, engagement, and progression.
Support learners with study skills and assignment preparation.
Curriculum, Quality & Compliance
Contribute to the development and updating of course materials.
Ensure teaching meets internal QA, awarding-body, and Ofsted expectations.
Engage in standardisation meetings and CPD activities.
Essential Requirements (Both Departments)
Relevant degree in your subject area:
Business/Management Department:
Business, Management, HRM, Leadership, Project Management, or related field.
Health & Social Care Department:
Health & Social Care, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Experience teaching or training adult learners (19+).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Confidence delivering via online platforms (Zoom/Teams) and/or in-person.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET, DET, DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent).
Experience working with OTHM, TQUK, Pearson, NCFE, or similar awarding bodies.
Industry experience in your specialist area.
Experience working with multicultural learner groups.
Knowledge of Moodle or other LMS systems.

Pay: 27,000.00-35,000.00 per year
