What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering person-centred care to adults with complex needs. Supporting independence, life skills, and meaningful activities. Working with a multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes. Managing behaviours with empathy, patience, and confidence. Keeping accurate records and contributing to service improvements.

Who We're Looking For:

Compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference. Experience with challenging behaviours (a bonus, not a must!) Full UK driving licence holder. Great communicator and team player. Flexible with shifts (including evenings and weekends). Aligned with our values:
