The salary range for these roles is \xc2\xa347,778 - \xc2\xa352,625 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead in the monitoring of a number of contracts and services, ensuring the best outcomes for our disabled (Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairments) Surrey residents. You will be supporting our fantastic Strategic ASC Commissioning Team to further develop our approach to market management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and residents to understand the strengths and weaknesses in the supply and demand for resources..

As Commissioning Manager, your role have a real impact, leading on a number of important projects that are in the disabilities commissioning portfolio. These include, supporting operational teams, managing accommodation with care and support contracts & working with commissioning colleagues across the strategic commissioning. - disabilities

In your application, we would love to hear about your;
  • Experience in commissioning, stakeholder management and programme management skills with some knowledge of the context within which Adult Social Care (ASC) in Surrey operates
  • Experience and flexibility to develop health and social care with an integrated commissioning approach
  • Ability to forge good relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and providers to deliver the best outcomes
  • Ability to analyse data and information to influence and achieve the best outcomes for our residents
