As an Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner, you'll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working within a telephone and digital triage environment. You'll help ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time--reducing unnecessary hospital visits and improving outcomes across the system.

Self Employed

(LTD Company or Sole Trader) or

What you'll be doing



Delivering remote clinical assessments via telephone and digital platforms for patients with urgent and unscheduled care needs. Making safe, evidence-based decisions to direct patients to appropriate services, including self-care, primary care, urgent treatment centres, or emergency services. Applying advanced clinical knowledge to assess undifferentiated presentations and manage risk effectively. Supporting clinical governance, contributing to service development, and mentoring colleagues. Collaborating with GPs, paramedics, mental health professionals, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care across the region.

What we'll look for in you




Registered Nurse / Paramedic with valid NMC / HCPC registration and MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent. Independent Prescriber (V300) qualification. Experience in urgent care, triage, or telephone-based clinical assessment is highly desirable. Over 3 years working autonomously Ability to see and treat patients of all ages, including under 2 years old Located within an hours commute to our site in Ipswich Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and digital literacy skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive, team-based culture. A passion for improving patient access and outcomes through innovative care delivery.
