We are seeking Advanced Clinical Palliative Nurses to join our team in Northampthonshire on a home visiting service. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to make healthcare staffing visible, accessible, and frictionless for the healthcare workforce

Working alongside a HCA/driver Shifts available during the week, including nights
Requirements:

NMC Registered (essential) Independent prescriber (essential) Level 6 or 7 in Palliative Care course or modules (essential) Experience in palliative care (essential) MSc (Palliative Care) Mentorship qualification (desirable) Experience using Adastra and SystmOne (desirable)
