We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations Develop and implement personalised care plans based on clinical findings Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with prescribed protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide expert advice and education to patients regarding their health conditions and management strategies Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards Participate in audit activities, clinical governance, and continuous professional development initiatives

Skills



Proven experience in patient care across a variety of clinical settings Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making Proficiency in medication administration, including injections, IV therapy, and other treatments Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work independently whilst demonstrating excellent teamwork skills Organised approach to managing a busy caseload with attention to detail Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with clinical best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: Up to 55.00 per hour
