Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
We are looking for an ANP (MSC)/ ACP for a GP surgery in Tonbridge 2 days a week.
Key Requirements:
Registered Healthcare Professional (NMC or HCPC) MSc or RCN Accreditation (or working towards) Proven experience in Primary care
Key Duties:
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and prescribe safely Develop and review treatment plans Provide patient education and promote self-care Support and mentor junior clinicians

Pay: 45.00-55.00 per hour
