Advanced Crewing Coordinator

to join our

Advanced Crewing Team

.



The Crewing department is fast paced and challenging where no two days are the same. You will be based at our

Leeds Bradford Airport Operations Control Centre

, the heart of our busy flying operation.

This role will work a Monday Friday pattern



Reporting to the Advanced Deputy Manager, the

Advanced Crewing Coordinator

is responsible for the effective resource management of crew across

Jet2.com

's flying programme. You will be helped along your journey by our focused induction, training and development programme to allow you to be successful as possible, with guidance from our already experienced Crew Control Team on hand.

What you'll be doing:

Managing the Pilot and Cabin Crew rosters ensuring crew are in place to deliver our flying programme, maintaining our award winning On Time Performance and exceptional customer service, playing an essential role within our Crewing department. Reporting to the Advanced Crewing Controller and Advanced Crewing Deputy Manager and will be part of a highly motivated team working in a high pressured and ever-changing environment.

What you'll have:

Experience in Crew Control or an Aviation background is desirable but not essential. Organised and methodical with great communication skills and a One Team attitude.
