We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a passion for working with children. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of early childhood education and childcare practices, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young patients.

What Your Role Involves



As a valued member of our team, you'll:

Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others

Requirements



Demonstrable experience working with children, preferably in childcare or nursery environments. Strong background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations as required. A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and their families.
