We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS), supporting patients across Surrey. This pivotal role involves assessing patients remotely via telephone, planning and administering treatment, and making timely decisions regarding discharge or referral, all within your clinical scope of practice. You will be a key part of a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment, operating in line with GP surgeries and Practice Plus Group protocols.
In this role, you will manage your own virtual caseload, providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care, including prescribing where appropriate. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the most appropriate outcomes--whether that's self-care advice, referral to face-to-face services.
The role offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate clinical leadership, contribute to service development, and support continuous improvement through clinical governance and audit. If you are motivated, flexible, and passionate about delivering first-class out-of-hours care, this position provides a rewarding and challenging clinical setting to advance your career.

What we'll look for in you
Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner (MSc) with independent prescribing qualification and current NMC registration
Proven experience in telephone triage, clinical assessment, or urgent care environments
Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach
