There has never been a more exciting time to work in primary care, and Waterside Primary Care Network (PCN) is expanding its Clinical Team.We are seeking to recruit a positive, caring and self-motivated individual to take on the role and work in our Urgent Care Centre (UCC).Main duties of the jobAs an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) you will be a fabulous leading example of clinical excellence, with a minimum of two years experience, supporting colleagues in our friendly department, and providing advanced level clinical assessment and care. With a range of diagnostics available to aid your clinical examination, the Urgent Care Centre environment is an ideal place to consolidate previous experience of Emergency Department, Walk in Centres, GP Practices or OOH environments.About usThe Waterside PCN is hugely successful in providing proactive and coordinated care to 43,000 patients and we would love for you to be a part of that!
