About the Role We are seeking a part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Conduct independent clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients Manage acute presentations and long-term conditions Prescribe within your scope of practice Work autonomously and collaboratively with GPs and the wider team Maintain patient records using SystmOne Essential Criteria Registered Nurse with Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification Independent Prescriber (V300) Experience in UK primary care Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Desirable Experience in minor illness / long-term condition management Benefits NHS pension scheme Paid annual leave CPD support Supportive working environment
