Job Description
* Conduct advanced assessments, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of conditions -Provide same-day/urgent care consultations across all Care Homes under the care of Bromleag Care Practice -Prescribe medications within scope of practice -Manage long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, COPD, hypertension) in line with evidence-based practice -Request, interpret and act on diagnostic investigations such as blood tests, ECGs, X-rays, etc
