Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, nurses, pharmacists and care coordinators, all working collaboratively to deliver exceptional services to our patients.

About the Role



We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

to join our dynamic clinical team. The successful candidate will be confident in working autonomously, managing patients (both adult and children) with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, and providing high-quality care across acute and chronic presentations.

You will use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and care for patients of all ages, working both independently and as part of our supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities



Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with a wide range of health conditions (both adults and children). Prescribe medications appropriately within current legislation and scope of practice. Manage and review patients with long-term conditions, promoting continuity of care. Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and holistic patient care. Participate in clinical meetings, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Support health promotion, prevention, and patient education.

About You



Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent experience/qualifications). Independent Prescriber. Proven experience in a primary care or urgent care setting. Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork. Use of Emis, Docman, Klinik, DXS, Cinapsis and Surgery Connect.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 26.25 per week
