Were hosting an Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) Hub and we are looking for passionate and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioners. These hubs play a vital role in delivering timely care for patients with respiratory infections, including flu, COVID-19, and other acute respiratory conditions.

The Role

As an ANP within our ARI Hub, youll be at the forefront of managing acute respiratory infections within the PCN area. Youll provide same-day, face-to-face consultations for patients with acute respiratory symptomsensuring accurate assessment, diagnosis, and effective treatment to support community-based care and reduce hospital demand.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients presenting with acute respiratory symptoms. Diagnose and manage respiratory conditions such as cough, fever, and shortness of breath. Prescribe and implement appropriate treatments and interventions. Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care. Promote patient education and preventive health measures.

About You

You may be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, or Paramedic Prescriber with an interest in respiratory care. Confident working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and clinical assessment skills. Prescribing qualification (essential). Previous experience in primary care or an acute setting is preferred.
