We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to prescribed protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and preventive care measures Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records Assist in health promotion initiatives and participate in community outreach programmes as required. The roll will involve face to face clinics and weekly rotation of house visits.

Experience

Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or similar role within a clinical setting Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to administer medications responsibly and safely Strong patient care skills with excellent communication and organisational abilities Relevant qualifications and licencing in accordance with local healthcare regulations

Pay: 63,000.00-65,500.00 per year
