Summary

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner for one of our clients completing home visits through SW and Central London. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our mission to enhance healthcare staffing across London. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

This is an OOH role, so evenings, overnights and weekends. You will also be driven by a driver in a pool car.

Requirements

Full MSc in advanced clinical practice (All modules) Primary/acute care background (Essential) Must be able to see and treat all ages (Essential) Must have experience in palliative care (Essential) NMC registered
