About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

to join our friendly GP surgery in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

As an ANP, you will provide a wide range of clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing for patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will work autonomously while also being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced, autonomous clinical care to patients across all age groups. Undertake patient assessments, investigations, diagnosis, and management of care. Prescribe safely and effectively in line with national and local guidelines. Support patients with long-term conditions and acute presentations. Actively participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff to deliver excellent care. Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement initiatives.

About You

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. MSc/PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent). Independent non-medical prescribing qualification (V300). Experience working autonomously in a primary care or urgent care setting. Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills. A passion for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
